Physiotherapy-cum-Wellness Center inaugurated at NTPC Nava Raipur

Raipur /- Physiotherapy-cum-Wellness Center was inaugurated at NTPC Nava Raipur office on
May 16, 2024. Chief Guest of the occasion, Shri C Sivakumar, RED (WR-II, USSC and
Ash NI) inaugurated the new facility in the presence of Shri Arindam Sinha, ED-OS; Shri
U H Gokhe, ED (CPG-I); Shri S K Ghosh, ED-OS; CGMs, GMs and other officials.
Later, Shri C Sivakumar alongwith senior officials inspected the center and enquired
about the facility. Doctors and Physiotherapists present on the occasion elaborated on
the facilities and their usability besides highlighting the benefits.
The establishment of physiotherapy unit is aimed at providing holistic approach to the
prevention, diagnosis and therapeutic management of pain, disorders of movement and
optimization of musculoskeletal function to enhance health.
Later, the dignitaries also enquired about the Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
which was installed recently at Medical Centre, NTPC Nava Raipur office as a
precautionary measure against sudden cardiac arrests.
